I decided I needed to train my baby to get him to sleep 11-12 hours at night and start taking his naps consistently. Sleep is so important for our little ones development and I knew this was the route we needed to take. After a short 2 weeks, we had a baby who was sleeping 11-12 hours at night and taking the appropriate naps for his age. It was the BEST feeling ever! 

You can do it too! Having a baby doesn't mean you need to sleep deprived, constantly rocking them to sleep, putting your baby to sleep in the crib just to have them wake up an hour later and then two hours later and then an hour later, I think you get the picture. 

Sleep is essential to all of our well-being. Your baby is capable of sleeping. With the right tools, techniques and guidance, you will be able to get your baby sleeping. I will be your biggest cheerleader, guide you and navigate you through those tough nights to get you an amazing sleeper by the end of the Program. 


I'm Iryna! A twin mom to my little boys John and James who are now 1 years old. I spend my evenings either reading a book about baby sleep or browsing the aisles of Target! I love my daily strolls with my boys, enjoying some sunshine and coffee!! 

Finding out I was pregnant was not a surprise, but finding out we were expecting twins at our 8 week appointment was a HUGE surprise. I remember being told "Good luck, one is hard enough" from that moment I was determined. 

I was determined to learn all that there is about baby sleep, what can I do to help and how to get my twins to be great sleepers. I thought I was ready to go until one of my twins slowly started making his way into our bed. What started out as holding him and rocking him to sleep, turned into putting him to sleep in our bed. Taking poor or completely skipping his naps all together. I knew it was time to do something.

Motherhood can be overwhelming, no matter how much we try to prepare for it. We often hear, be prepared to rock your baby to sleep or good luck trying to get them to sleep through the night! Can I tell you a secret? It doesn't have to come to that!
